Woman gets 10 years for emailing sex pictures of 6 year old
Lori Diane Henson, 37, of Kingman pled guilty to charges that she photographed and emailed sexually explicit images of her 6 year old daughter.
The terms of the plea deal reached with prosecutors are that she will serve 10 years in prison for the molestation charge and supervised probation for life for the other two counts. Once released and on probation, she will not be allowed to access a computer without approval from the Probation Department and must register as a sex offender. If she violates the terms of her probation, she faces an additional 10 to 30 years in prison. Henson was arrested last month after her ex-husband, the father of the child, contacted the Mohave County Sheriff's Office. According to court documents, the ex-husband learned about the explicit photographs from a man Henson had been dating. That man said Henson used his laptop to upload the pictures she took with her cell phone. Henson then sent the pictures to a man in Wisconsin with whom she has had a 4-year online relationship. More than a dozen other sexual exploitation and child abuse charges were dropped as a result of the plea agreement. Henson will continue to be held in the Mohave County Jail without bond until she is formally sentenced by Judge Rick Williams March 1. The father, with whom Henson was sharing custody, will assume custody of the girl. Call or email us today and let GSX help your business to grow. Email: Click Here Phone: (928) 768-1400
