Truck crashes into Mohave Valley post office
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies investigated a private property accident that occurred Thursday evening 2.18 at about 6:00 p.m. Deputies responded to where a red 1994 Ford Pickup Truck ran into the building of the Post Office located at 8045 Highway 95. Deputies observed both front glass doors were off the hinges with glass all over the floor. No injuries were reported.
Deputies contacted the driver, Mitchell Scott Lane, 42, of Las Vegas, NV. Lane said he pulled into the parking lot and his brakes failed. A record check showed Lane’s driver’s license to have been suspended. Lane was taken into custody without incident. Deputies found Lane to be in possession of a pipe with burnt residue and rolling papers. Lane was arrested on two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County District II Substation. Call or email us today and let GSX help your business to grow. Email: Click Here Phone: (928) 768-1400
