Theft of steel frames
On Monday 2.8 at about 2:45 p.m., Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a theft report in the 2100 block of Maverick and contacted the reporting party. The party said he was hired by the owner to clear a lot in the 2200 block of Cabot. The party said that a few days ago there were several red steel frames on the lot and today he discovered they were missing. He said he had located the steel frames, prior to calling authorities, and they were near a residence in the 2100 block of Maverick.
Deputies observed a male subject exit the house. Deputies contacted the subject who told deputies that he had permission to take the steel from a lot. Deputies contacted the lot owner and owner of the steel. The owner, 76, a male victim, said that he did not give the steel frames away. Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Leslie Everett Wilson, 58, of Mohave Valley, for theft, felony. Wilson was taken into custody without incident and was transported and booked into the Mohave County District II Substation. Call or email us today and let GSX help your business to grow.
