Locals awarded Employee-of-the-year in Laughlin 
The 2009 Team Members of the Year for the Tropicana Entertainment properties in Laughlin were announced on March 2, 2010.
The 2009 Team Member of the Year for River Palms Resort Casino is Donna Fox. Donna is an Environmental Services Porter who has been at the River Palms since September 2001. She always has a kind word for everyone and continually looks for ways to improve the cleanliness of the property. The 2009 Team Member of the Year for Tropicana Express Hotel Casino, and more familiar to most of us, is Nicole Montoya. Nicole has worked in Food and Beverage since April 2008. She works in the Taqueria Del Rio Mexican Restaurant and anywhere else she is needed, ensuring that each guest is greeted by her warm smile and positive attitude.
