High speeds, drugs, paraphernalia
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Eric Jason Bossert, 25, of Fort Mohave Tuesday evening for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, felonies.
Just before midnight, deputies observed a pick-up truck traveling near 80 miles per hour in a posted 45 mph zone. Deputies turned their vehicle around and began to catch up with the vehicle. Deputies further observed the pick-up truck abruptly cutoff a vehicle at the intersection of Highway 95 and Camp Mohave Road. Deputies conducted a traffic stop and contacted Bossert, the driver. Bossert was taken into custody without incident. A search of the vehicle revealed a plastic bag containing approximately 2 grams of marijuana and a glass pipe with burnt residue, both items located in the center console. Bossert was transported and booked into the Mohave County District II Substation. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
