Woman is public nuisance on Highway 95
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kimberly Kay Paulson, 47, of Mohave Valley, late Wednesday evening for public nuisance, misdemeanor.
Just before midnight deputies observed a female standing inside the fog line in the number two lane on Highway 95 at Los Gauchos Road. Deputies made a u-turn to make contact and observed a vehicle having to swerve out of the lane into another lane to avoid hitting the woman. Deputies observed Paulson fall backwards onto the ground while she was looking inside her purse for identification. Deputies observed a patient identification bracelet from a hospital.
Paulson said that she left the hospital and is not going back. Paulson was taken into custody without incident. She was transported and booked into the Mohave County District II Substation.
