UPDATE BANK ROBBERY, Wells Fargo, suspect CAUGHT
The Bullhead City Police Department is actively searching for a suspect who committed a bank robbery at Wells Fargo Bank, located in the 1700 block of Highway 95.
On Thursday, July 15th at about 9:40 a.m., a bank teller reported a man handed her a note that demanded money and gestured he had a gun. The suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described as a tanned white male adult in his 40’s, 6’2”-6’4”, approximately 240 pounds, with salt and pepper hair, a mustache and goatee beard. He was wearing a dark grey t-shirt with a pocket, blue jeans and wire framed prescription glasses. If anyone has any information or can recognize the suspect in the attached surveillance photographs, please contact the Bullhead City Police Department at (928) 763-9200 or (928) 763-1999 after hours, and ask for Detective Mary Emmert. UPDATE: Today’s bank robbery suspect is now in police custody. Donald Lynn Morrison, 49, of Texas, was arrested inside a casino in Laughlin, Nevada at about 1:30 p.m. Morrison had contact with a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police officer in Laughlin on Wednesday and the officer recognized the suspect from surveillance video. He is currently being held on a Bullhead City Police Department warrant for Robbery and will be extradited to Arizona at a later date. Call or email us today and let GSX help your business to grow.
