Aggravated DUI, private property accident
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert Rogers 54, Mohave Valley, Saturday evening in the 4800 block of Highway 95 after contact was made with him by the Ft. Mohave Tribal Police due to a private property accident.
Deputies responded to the parking after receiving a call that Rogers had backed into another vehicle in the parking lot. During the investigation the deputies noted an odor of alcohol and field sobriety tests were conducted. Rogers had 4 juveniles in his vehicle at the time of the incident (thus the aggravated charges). Rogers was arrested and charged with Aggravated DUI (F) and transported to the Mohave Valley Sheriff’s Substation where he was booked without incident.
