Man arrested on two counts of fradulent schemes
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Myron McNamara, 64, of Fort Mohave, Saturday afternoon on two counts of fraudulent schemes and artifices, felonies.
May 15, 2010, a 61-year-old female victim reported a theft of her fifth wheel trailer. Investigations determined the victims’ trailer was on consignment with an automobile sales business located at 4095 Highway 95. The victim became suspicious when McNamara claimed that her trailer was being repaired and he didn’t know the name of the repair shop. Further investigations determined that McNamara sold the trailer to a 63-year-old male victim. The male victim became suspicious after McNamara had ongoing excuses of not providing him with the title. Approximately 2:08 p.m., deputies contacted McNamara in the 4000 block of Highway 95 where he was taken into custody without incident. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County District II Substation. Call or email us today and let GSX help your business to grow. Email: Click Here Phone: (928) 768-1400
