Home invasion arrest, multiple charges
Bullhead City Police arrested Jeffrey Scott Hale, 27, of Las Vegas for multiple felony charges after a home invasion.
On Friday, 8.20 at about 3:00 a.m., suspect Hale knocked on an apartment door, located in the 800 block of Indian Head Road. A 12-year-old female victim, who was asleep on the couch, answered the door. Hale forced his way into the residence, breaking the chain lock. The girl woke up her mother, 29, and a female friend, 26, to alert them that someone had broken in their apartment. Hale shouted profanities at the victims and refused to leave. Hale attempted to punch the female, 29, as the victims ran into a baby’s room (26-year-old's 1-year-old daughter) to get away from the suspect and call police. The victims did not know Hale. When police arrived on scene, Hale was banging and kicking the door the victims’ were holding shut. Officers also determined that Hale had attempted to steal the 26-year-old victim’s vehicle. The car had been moved from its parking space and a baseball cap, believed to be Hale’s, was found inside the vehicle. The car’s mud flap was damaged from striking a curb. Hale appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and was taken to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center for evaluation. While at the hospital, he continued to act disorderly, yell profanities and assaulted a health care professional. Jeffrey Hale was arrested on 4 counts of unlawful imprisonment, burglary, criminal trespass, two counts of aggravated assault, attempted theft of means of transportation, criminal damage and four counts of disorderly conduct. Hale was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman. Call or email us today and let GSX help your business to grow. Email: Click Here Phone: (928) 768-1400
