Three arrested for criminal trespassing, fighting, criminal damage
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested three Mohave Valley residents on criminal trespassing charges Wednesday morning.
Doreen Williams, 36, was arrested for criminal trespassing 1st degree, felony. Richard Ray McDowell Sr, 39, and Gabriel Russell, 20, were arrested for criminal trespassing 3rd degree, misdemeanor. Shortly after 6:00 a.m., deputies responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 1700 block of Aqua View Road. Dispatch advised that a subject assaulted the victim and left the residence. Upon arrival, deputies contacted the female victim, 35, who reported that she was awakened by Williams pounding on her bedroom door and wanting to fight her. She said that Williams entered her residence while McDowell and Russell were standing outside on the property. The victim said that she told Williams to leave but she would not. The victim said that Williams began fighting with her when she walked out of the residence to the front yard. She said that Williams threw a rock and busted a rear window to her vehicle. Deputies contacted the victims’ boyfriend and he said that he broke up the fight. Deputies observed the victim to have scratches on her left arm. She refused medical attention. Deputies observed the victims vehicle to have a broken window. At about 9:10 a.m., deputies located Williams, McDowell and Russell at a residence in the 10500 block of Lead Lane. All three subjects were uncooperative in answering questions. Williams, McDowell and Russell were taken into custody without incident. They were transported and booked into the Mohave County District II Substation.
