Deputies arrest man for criminal trespassing, drug paraphernalia
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tyler James Potteet, 21, of Bullhead City, Wednesday evening for criminal trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia, both felonies.
On Saturday 8.14, a male victim, 46, reported that Potteet, his son, entered his house without permission. He said that he was not home at the time, but his brother observed Potteet inside his house. Deputies contacted the victims’ brother and he said that when he arrived at the residence he found Potteet inside. An Attempt to Locate was issued to local law enforcement. At about 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were informed that Bullhead Police Officers had contacted Potteet at a residence in the 1300 block of Mohave Drive in Bullhead City. Deputies responded and took Potteet into custody without incident. A search of Potteet revealed a pipe with burnt residue. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County District II Substation.
