Law enforcement hopes you will have a safe and happy Labor Day weekend. 
The Bullhead City Police Department and the Mohave County Sheriff's Office would like residents and visitors to have a safe Labor Day Holiday Weekend.
Please be aware that our roads and waterways will be congested with people celebrating the last holiday of the summer. To avoid an accident – be a patient, courteous and sober driver. Saturation patrols will be out looking for suspected DUI drivers and police boats will be out patrolling the Colorado River this holiday weekend. Police would also like to remind people that alcohol is not permitted within City Parks. Violators may be cited for possession of alcohol in a park. It’s important to always wear a seatbelt and have a designated driver.
