High speed reckless driving, no driver's license
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert Patrick Nigrana, 36, of Lake Havasu City, early Sunday morning for driving with a suspended license, reckless driving and exceeding 85 miles per hour, misdemeanors.
Deputies observed a vehicle speeding on Highway 95 near Aztec Road. Deputies immediately turned their vehicle around and determined the vehicle was traveling 88 miles per hour in a posted 45 mph zone.
At about 2:30 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 95, near El Rodeo Road, and contacted Nigrana, the driver. Nigrana said that his driver’s license is suspended. A record check confirmed Nigrana’s license to be suspended.
Nigrana was taken into custody without incident. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County District II Substation. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
