Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Matthew Scott Jarc, 30, of Golden Shores early Saturday morning for trespassing, misdemeanor.
At about 3:30 a.m., deputies responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 4500 block of Linden Drive. Upon arrival, deputies observed two male subjects outside in the driveway. Deputies contacted the reporting party, a male victim, age 60. The victim advised that when he arrived home earlier that he observed Jarc, an acquaintance, leaning up against his house. The victim reported that he asked Jarc numerous times to leave his property but he would not leave. Deputies contacted Jarc and smelled an odor of alcohol on him. During conversations with Jarc, he said that he didn’t understand why the victim was asking him to leave. Jarc was taken into custody without incident.
