Woman arrested with drugs, paraphernalia
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tina Lynn Frank Phillipps, 41, of Mohave Valley, late Wednesday evening for possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies.
At about 11:15 p.m., deputies contacted Frank Phillipps during a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Lipan Boulevard. As deputies were speaking with Frank Phillipps, they observed a glass pipe fall from her hand. Deputies took possession of the pipe. Frank Phillipps was taken into custody without incident. Deputies found Frank Phillipps to be in possession of a plastic bag containing a crystal substance which tested positive for methamphetamine. She was transported and booked into the Mohave County District II Substation.
