CA driver's permit required...
11/9 Fort Mohave - Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop on Aztec near Highway 95 Monday at about 1:30 a.m. The sole occupant and driver produced a California identification card. The driver said that he has a California driver’s permit which requires him to be accompanied by a licensed California driver. A search of the vehicle
revealed a plastic bag containing marijuana and rolling papers. Deputies arrested Andrew Gerrad Vega, 18, a transient, for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, felonies. Vega was transported and booked into the Mohave County District II Substation. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
