CA driver's permit required...
11/9 Fort Mohave - Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop on Aztec near Highway 95 Monday at about 1:30 a.m. The sole occupant and driver produced a California identification card. The driver said that he has a California driver’s permit which requires him to be accompanied by a licensed California driver. A search of the vehicle
revealed a plastic bag containing marijuana and rolling papers. Deputies arrested Andrew Gerrad Vega, 18, a transient, for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, felonies. Vega was transported and booked into the Mohave County District II Substation. The vehicle was towed from the scene. Vega was also cited for no valid license, no mandatory insurance and failure to transfer title of vehicle ownership within 15 days.
